For Graphic Design services, package rates are available per project. Please contact us for specific pricing for your specific project.

A 50% deposit is required on all assignments, prior to any work being started.

For Virtual Assistant services, hourly rates will be billed in quarter-hour increments and a $35.00 minimum fee (1 hour) is charged on all projects. Retainers will also be accepted to fit your individual needs. Pricing available upon request.

A signed contract is required before any work begins.

We reserve the right to add a 20% surcharge for all projects requiring “rush”, “weekend” or “holiday” service.

Cost of postage must be paid before mass / bulk mailings begin.

Final invoices will be sent out after the work is completed and are due NET 15 Business Days. Late fees will accrue after 15 Business Days at 3% and there will be a $40.00 service fee for returned checks.

For your convenience, we accept payments in the form of business checks, cashier’s checks and money orders. Payments can also be made online with Visa, MasterCard and Discover through the PayPal system.
